Treatment Fees

 

First Consultation & Acupuncture Treatment
Minimum time for this is an hour and a half.  Includes extended consultation with Maggie or Carlos and acupuncture treatment with use of other modalities as needed such as Gua Sha, Cupping, Moxibustion. - Starts at $160.00

 

Follow up Acupuncture treatment
Minimum time for regular treatment is one hour, which includes use of other modalities as needed such as Gua Sha, Cupping, Moxibustion and a half hour one-on-one time with Maggie  -  Starts at $100.00

Stress Reduction Acupuncture Treatments 
This treatment may be in a lounge chair in a private room on treatment table, includes 15 minutes one-on-one with Maggie or Carlos.  This treatment option does not include other modalities such as cupping, guasha, or Moxibustion. - $50.00

 

15 Minute Ear Acupuncture Treatment
Good for pain and stress reduction, detox, and many other health and emotional issues.
Ear Acupuncture treatment while sitting in reception area – $20.00
Ear Acupuncture in private room – $25.00

Herbal Consultation:
$100.00/hour

Payment Options:

All visit fees are due on the day of your appointment.

Insurance and Payment information:​

• All visit fees are due at the time of treatment. For all out of network policies, except for Anthem BCBS, payment will be adjusted based on your insurance coverage benefit once that is determined by this office.  

• If you are an Anthem BCBS policy holder, you will need to contact Anthem to determine if you have acupuncture coverage for out of network practitioners. If you do have coverage, you are responsible for payment at time of treatment. We then send a superbill to Anthem who will send you a check directly to reimburse you for a portion of the cost. 

• We are in network with Cigna -  visit fees are on the day of treatment unless this office has determined your benefit and or co-pay requirements. We are happy to verify your information ahead of your first visit. 

• In all cases of claims denial or in which payment is not received by your insurance company for greater than 60 days you are ultimately responsible for the balance due.

• Appointment cancellations must be called 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. There will be a fee charge of $50.00 for missed appointments or same day cancellations.
   

HSA’S (HEALTH SPENDING ACCOUNTS) Do pay for Acupuncture, supplements and herbs (if they are prescribed by one of our practitioners for your 'physician diagnosed' problem)
